veryone working the clinic has also met people and many as young as 11 years old to 18 years old with no front teeth or no teeth at all and they begged us for a “smile” We performed our magic placing mini implants and bonding a bridge to their implants to give them a full confident smile. Imagine the feeling and energy leaving us and our patient at the end of that day especially when a teenager and having a full life ahead of them. That was definitely working the magic.

And it is not uncommon to come across people with mouth infections so bad it can kill them.

The volunteer staff will never forget the many times they have encountered a young smiling teenager with infection so bad in their mouth that it ran through their tissues to the external part of their face in a form of an abscess. The reason they were smiling was they knew they were being saved by a dental professional that would not only relieve their pain but actually save their life from infection.
And then were so many people that just needed their decayed teeth filled so they could eat again without discomfort, or people that just need a good thorough cleaning to rid them of gum inflammation or bad breath and just make them feel better about themselves. And of course the children who just want to learn how to care for their teeth so they don’t experience the same problems their families have gone through.
